Angela Graham-Barrie was born in Waterbeck, a village in the tranquil countryside of Dumfriesshire.
At an early age she discovered her natural spiritual sensitivity and also her skills as a painter on glass.
Angela trained in Reiki and is a Reiki Master. During the early part of the millennium Angela found herself attracted to Tai Chi. After a period of intense training she became a teacher of Tai Chi running classes and workshops throughout South West Scotland.
As well as Tai Chi and Reiki Angela offers an Introduction to Chakra Healing, Crystal Healing & Drumming
Reiki is a technique offering deep relaxation which helps the body to heal.
It strengthens the immune system with inner vitality giving a sense of Inner Peace with mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being.
Reiki is channelled by a practitioner placing their hands gently and non-intrusively on the recipient whilst they sit or lie on a chair or couch.
As well as deep relaxation, the recipient may also experience:
A warm or tingling sensation
The sense of seeing beautiful abstract colours and pictures.
The recall of happy memories.
Emotional “letting go”
Or simply falling blissfully asleep!!
